Ethical Decision-Making in Practice

Description
Ethical Decision-Making in Practice offers a practical and reflective journey into the heart of ethical practice, designed for professionals who face complex decisions in their work. Through a blend of structured frameworks, interactive activities, and real-world case studies, participants will explore how ethics shape decision-making at personal, professional, and systemic levels.

The course introduces a seven-step ethical decision-making model, guiding learners through identifying ethical issues, evaluating options, consulting with others, and documenting and monitoring decisions. Participants will examine common ethical challenges in practice and learn how to apply tools and strategies to resolve them with clarity and integrity.

Special emphasis is placed on the interpersonal aspects of ethical work—developing skills for engaging in difficult conversations, reflecting on personal values, and aligning decisions with professional codes of ethics.
