Intro to Building Fairness, Access, and Belonging (KIN001-e)

Description
This training serves as a foundational step in our collective journey toward fostering fairness, access, and belonging across communities, workplaces, and beyond. Through interactive learning and reflection, participants will explore key terms, principles, and concepts that shape supportive practices and fairness-driven work.

In this training, participants will build a shared language to deepen understanding and guide meaningful action. Participants will identify core concepts related to fairness and welcoming environments for all individuals, recognize how these ideas show up in their own work and communities, and explore actionable strategies for applying language and practices that make everyone feel seen, valued, and heard.

This course is grounded in nearly two years of collaborative work with the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP), whose insights and support have helped shape the content.
